  Sams carpets and flooring have been a breath of fresh air - from our first visit Mark was so patient and super organised, nothing was a problem. We can't believe how smoothly the process was and we are absolutely delighted with our flooring -- the carpet fitters and flooring fitters have all been excellent. Richard Max and Robert- thank you so much -- carpets fitters ( so sorry can't remember your names but I know you were the best at the job , thank you ) would definitely recommend sams carpets

  We were looking for new flooring for living room and front porch, contacted sams carpet and flooring and Sam came out to house within a couple of days with samples. Very easy to deal with, freindly and he measured up and gave us a quote. The fitters have done a great job, very pleased with the finished result. Will definitely use this company again. Cheers.

  From our first interaction with Sam’s Carpets and Flooring, we have felt very well looked after. The options and quality in the showroom were incredible and we were spoken through the full process very well. We had to move our fitting date and this was re arranged within 2 minutes which made us feel very well looked after. Richard, Robert and Charlie were our fitters on the day and all 3 went above and beyond in every aspect. Everything was fitted to a top quality standard. They were all extremely helpful and gave us the best customer service imaginable. They were all very approachable and made us feel at ease, especially in our first day in to a new build property. We honestly could not recommend Sam’s carpets and flooring enough as the quality of product is excellent and their team of fitters could not have been more helpful.

  Richard fitted our floor yesterday and we are delighted with how good a job he has done. He went the extra step and helped with things we could have done ourself but was no hassle to him which we are very appreciative of - thanks so much!

  Had an experience choosing new carpets at Sam’s Carpets, the staff were really helpful at helping us quickly find what we needed. We are really happy with the fitting too, Gary and Don did a very neat job and left the place tidy afterwards.
